I'm so glad you are here. Beginnings are the beautiful, uncertain space in which there is endless possibility. We have hopes and dreams for the future, and we also may have some fears. Whether you are in transition with your career, relationship, parenthood journey, or other important aspect of your life, beginning can feel like a mixed bag. I am here to support you through this period of adjustment and transition so that you can continue to feel more connected with yourself in the present and what you wish for in your future.

You might feel the weight of anxiety, depression, or trauma and how it impacts your day to day. I’m here to provide evidence-based and compassionate therapy to help meet your goals and thrive in your new roles.

A little something for the culture

My lived experience gives me the experience and joy of working with Middle Eastern mamas as well as parents who are in mixed race relationships. Our culture, family of origin, and ever-changing environments and their expectations all play a role in how we show up as a parent.

I offer open and non-judgmental space to process all of these important variables. Together we can figure out what serves you, pivot from what isn’t working for you, and forge a sustainable and unique path for you and your family without abandoning the beautiful cultural elements that make you!
