Ongoing sessions will typically last 50 minutes. Some evidence-based treatments require longer session times and relevant fees will be discussed. Services are provided to California residents via telehealth.

Anxiety & Stress

Anxiety and stress is a normal occurrence in life. When it impacts our daily functioning, it’s time to do something about it. It can be panic attacks, social anxiety, looming dread, or all encompassing anxiety that affects the mind and body. You might continue to exist in high-stress roles and environments, so we’ll want to determine how you can continue to take care of yourself. Together we’ll learn and practice skills to decrease the uncomfortable symptoms.

Role Changes

Things are changing, and so are you. You are a new parent, a new supervisor, a new student. Perhaps there is a loss or shift in your identity. This period of adjustment may last longer than expected for some. Whether you’re dealing with imposter syndrome, doubts and second guesses, or sadness grieving your old life, it is important to process these role changes and identify how you want to show up within them in a way that is most authentic for you.

Trauma

Post-traumatic growth is one of the most powerful things we can experience in a lifetime. Trauma can affect the way we understand ourself, others, and the world around us. Life often feels heavy after experiencing a traumatic event, and you deserve healing support to lighten the load. Trauma therapy helps us to understand our past history while building skills to grow our resilience and forging a path for life to feel more manageable and meaningful.
